About Will
Will is a therapist and resilience coach who helps people reconnect with their inner strength by working through stress, fear, and past pain. Combining psychology with embodied practices like breathwork, heat, cold, and self-inquiry, he guides individuals to understand their triggers, break old patterns, and heal limiting stories.
His mission is to help people build resilience, strengthen their relationship with their mind, and move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and calm.
