With years of combined movement experience in the fields of dance, gymnastics, and martial arts, Anabella brings a wide range of functional movement patterns that allows us to discover the full spectrum of the body’s potential. Through high level coaching, Anabella passionately guides her students towards pain-free living and conscious nutrition habits. She uses a holistic approach in her coaching sessions, from gentle exercises rooted in prehabilitation to more intensive strength and plyometric work. By leading you through a customized sequence of training methodologies, Anabella empowers you to cultivate a rooted mind-body awareness, improve your range of motion, and gain foundational strength to live a healthier lifestyle.
